Killing NPC's question?

Does anyone know if killing the NPCs in new game will have any effect in NG+ or will they all come back with no hate towards you?

Caves That Have Human Bandits

Me and a buddy used Karthspire, right next to Sky Haven Temple, about 8-12 Forsworn here to nibble on without fear of getting bounty or killing quest NPC's.

Do you play first or third person?

First person only normally. I hate third person view. I find it annoying that I can't use first person when a werewolf. I have trouble aiming for the correct target when killing as a werewolf. End up having to reload due to killing innocent named NPC's

From what I've heard/read, NPCs will respawn in NG+. The only effect is that you will incur sin from killing them. That sin will carry over to NG+ and make you vulnerable to invasions from Blue Sentinels.

I'm new to the series and i don't understand this. Are you saying that one faction could give you a quest to kill an NPC, but by killing said NPC you could lose the chance to do a quest by that NPC?

How do you avoid that? Do you basically have to choose one quest versus another?
