Killing floor 2 xp lost

The developer, Tripwire Interactive states that they’re working with Microsoft to solve this issue.

This XP glitch has been going on for a week now! I feel sorry for the new players who just bought the game but are unable to achieve any sort of progression.

Let’s hope that they can fix it, and soon!

If so far it hasn't worked you can always try the following If on an Xbox One:

(if it hasn't already been done) a reset of the console since
the problem might be on the actual OS of the console so we would suggest a
Soft Factory Reset(while keeping games and apps)
Before resetting your console make sure of the following:

• There is a stable network connection.
  
• The information for all profiles is known (email and passwords)
  
  
  

Once the setup is complete it will ask if we want to keep settings or manual setup let's do
manual setup.Give it a shot and let us know of any changes!

And even try to clean the cache by holding almost 10 seconds the button when you switch off your console!

I tried downloading it on the one s. no error message starts downloading highest i have got it to go is 13% and just stops and won’t start again even hitting the try installing again. Even the troubleshoot does not get it started again
