    Killing Floor 2 Progress Issues


    Tripwire has let Killing Floor 2 languish for well over a week in a broken state. The game does not allow progression. The first statement is that all progression and activities will be reinstated at the resolution of the problem, they now state that this
    is not true and all progress is lost.

    How is Microsoft continuing to support and offer this game on the store when it is clearly broken and no one can do anything about it?

    When do we get a refund?

    Thanks for reaching out! I'm sorry to hear about the issue with downloading games. Whether you buy a game on disc or download it from the Microsoft Store, you need to install it on your console’s hard drive before you can play it.

    • What device are you using?
    • Do you receive an error message?

    I would recommend to check out the following troubleshooting resources:


    If so far it hasn't worked you can always try the following If on an Xbox One:

    (if it hasn't already been done) a reset of the console since
    the problem might be on the actual OS of the console so we would suggest a
    Soft Factory Reset(while keeping games and apps)
    Before resetting your console make sure of the following:

    • There is a stable network connection.
    • The information for all profiles is known (email and passwords)



    Once the setup is complete it will ask if we want to keep settings or manual setup let's do
    manual setup.Give it a shot and let us know of any changes!
