killer wont let me play online

I tried all the steps and it will work but once i stop playing and do something else it starts all over again but my problem is only with killer instinct all other games let me play online with out having to do all the troubleshooting steps.

killer wont let me play anything online i have reset it, restarted the xbox one, check my internet, and i have even tried other games like titanfall, other games will let me play onlibe but not killer instinct.

The xbox is generally a windows machine... try restarting it completely.

You're probably running with the "fast boot" function like me, right?

Had a problem once where I couldn't start up any games at all, and my Kinect couldn't agree with itself if it was connected or not.

Did a REAL restart and everything was back to normal

Lord Crisp made a good suggestion. Doing a full restart may solve your problem (holding the power button down for about 8-10 seconds), then turning the system back on.

I have had a couple of times when searching for an online match and it would fail, or just take a really long time. You may go into your network settings and make sure that your NAT is not showing "Strict". If it is, you may try restarting your router/modem
as well.
