Killer Instinct Redemption (Free game)

Hello, I was having issues with the Killer Instinct code (I know a few have). I received the e-mail referencing the free game, but did not receive anything in terms of an e-mail.

I also have this same problem. I checked my email on the 22nd and there was no code that the message said there would be.
