Killer Instinct on Win10 - Refreshing DLC Timeout

I have no idea what is wrong with this game and/or servers but I still have following error:

Pressing Enter leads to checking syncing screen but after few seconds the same error appears. Pressing Esc leads to game menu, but three of characters are disabled: Kilgore, Shin Hisako and Eagle - all others are fine. As I see in my Windows Store I have
purchased also those three characters.

What I tried already:

- reinstalling game;

- WSReset.exe command in CMD with administrator privileges;

- PC restart;

- disable antivirus.

Nothing helped.

As I see on other forums other players also have this problem for a long time.

And another funny thing - ingame store Fighters sections shows, that those three mentioned characters are "Coming soon". Kilgore example:

Please help or fix this bug.

So my patience is done completely. I paid for game in Microsoft Store and nobody wants to help me. So the only way what is reasonable for me is help of consumer rights advocate and court. It will be no problem with this in Poland and EU territory. If you
don't want to respect my rights as a customer, I will not play with you anymore and listen to excuses.

BTW - lot of people has the same problem and nobody from MS or Iron Galaxy reacts. example link:

Anyone will help me or not?

I'm trying to get back into this game. I'm having the same issue.

One work-around I found is to skip the DLC check after it fails, then load up your Shadow Lords save. Exit that mode, and then you'll have access to all your characters again.
