    Killer instinct missing KI gold


    Hello

    i found out today that my KI gold(18000, from a bundle pack) is Missing. Seem im not the only one with that trouble. People said to contact Xbox customer service.

    Cani have some help on what happen?!

    preorder Killer Instinct season 3 and my 18000 KI Gold is missing. I've been asking for about a day now and I'm going to ask one more time who do I need to contact to have this fixed or get it refunded?

    What Will Be Your 1st Xbox One Game?

    I forgot about Killer Instinct. Now it's really a toss up between FM5, Ryse and KI. If need be, I can always whip out the ol' 64 and play some KI Gold!

    Killer instinct missing KI gold

    Hi PALAND1NPR1ME,

    Try to close the game pressing menu button on the game> Go to settings> Power & startup> Turn off or restart> Restart now. After restart your console verify if now the KI gold appears.

    I did try the shutdown and wait before restarting.

    Disconnecting my account(log out) then log my accouNt again.

    Didnt work

    I see. I suggest to uninstall and re-install the game, if does not work contact with
    Xbox Support for further assitance, may the KI Gold was not linked in your account.

    I have the same problem...tried to restart but didnt work...guess ill have to contact xbox support...

    Anyway, killer instinct been patched today and. Got my gold back.
