    I have tried re installing it to my hard drive but that does not help. Other games are fine. This is after my save was messed up and my progress erased.

    Killer Instinct Black Screen

    Try to delete your profile. And recover it and see if that works. And if not. clear you HDD cache. If not. Call 1-800 4my-xbox

    No games working

    I tried Titan fall I just bought today it sits on the signing in screen and does nothing

    I tried Assassins creed black flag it doesn't load my saved game

    I tired Killer instinct all I get is a black screen but I hear music.

    WHY CAN"T I PLAY GAMES THAT I PAYED FOR I DON'T EVEN GET AN ERROR MESSAGE!

    Me too. I tried everything. I uninstalled and reinstalled, did hard shutdowns, unplugged, deleted my account, restored factory settings, and I even bought a new console and it still won't work. I contacted the tech support 10 plus times and they were no
    help. One even told me he had no idea what to do then disconnected. I cannot believe it. Can someone please help?

    Same here. None of my games work, even after install. Killer instinct is a black screen with music. NBA2k14 stays on the loading screen, and Ghost doesn't have a multiplayer option.

    xbox one black screen when loading games

    I'm having the same issue with Killer instinct. It loads up just fine but instead of going to the main menu when I press start, it gives me a black screen while the menu music still plays in the background. But the odd thing is if I sign in as a guest, it'll
    play just fine.
