Killer Instinct is not loading

I will select it and it will just go to black screen. is anyone else having this issue?

killer instinct not loading, ghosts not installing

Try doing a power cycle on your console by holding the Xbox Console touch button for 8 seconds until the console turns off. Then wait 30 seconds and turn your console back on to see if that resolves the problem. Power cycling also clears the cache and resets
the network card, which can typically resolve a lot of issues. Let us know if this works and we'll go from there.

killer instinct not loading, ghosts not installing

not particularly happy with this... i turned on my xbox yesterday to play a bit more ghosts and it was saying 'installed 98%'

I'd already installed ghosts (disk), so i figured it was just an update.

after an hour of waiting... nothing

same thing with fifa (digital copy). it was at about 96% and didn't do a single thing.

I thought I would play some killer instinct while either of these games updated/installed, but killer instinct got to the splash screen then kicked me back to the xbox home screen.

eventually my controller didn't work either

I pulled the power on my router, incase my internet connection was the issue (it wasn't) and I also turned the xbox off and unplugged it from the wall to reset the console, however this didn't help.

it seems i'm not the only one having dramas in this regard.

whats the go microsoft?

Still does it for me sometimes, most times I tried to load it was 6 and on the 7th try it loaded fine

As every other time someone has bugs in here, I recommend hardbooting your Xbox... it's basically a windows machine, and needs rebooting sometimes and the "fast boot" version isn't enough, and I don't think there anyone actually using anything else
than the fast boot function since the normal boot is SLOW

As far as the Killer Instinct update, that's the main load for season two and worthy of an update as any game out there.

I love Killer Instinct 1 and Killer Instinct 2 I wish they would put Killer Instinct 2 on Xbox One for the Xbox One Store

just do full hard reset and it should be fine ,hold down start up button on xbox wait for light go out count to 5 unplug power lead out of back console also unplug lead from power block wait till light goes out on block plug everything back in and give it
a minute turn x1 back on but by button on console not by controller or voice command should fix it get used to doing it as seems to need to be done a lot on this console for now till hopefully ms sort out all these problems
