Killer Instinct Freezing and wont load

Is anyone else having this problem I go to a ranked match and it wont load and then the game freezes? any suggestions?

Xbox One Kinect no longer works and my games either freeze or no sound after update

I am having the same issue. Have tried different settings on tv and xboxone but still having this issue.

no sound - Titanfall, Killer Instinct

freezing - Fifa, Killer Instinct, Battlefield 4

Kinect resetting every 30 seconds and saying it has been unplugged

 

Why make the Kinect 2.0 Mandatory?

I've had it freeze on the stage selection screen a few times after Jago's stage is selected. It just continues scrolling across the stage with nothing else on the screen (no characters, gamertags, ranks, or anything). Whenever this happens, I'm forced to
reboot the game.
