Killer Instinct Definitive Edition Problems.

I purchased the Disk version of Killer Instinct Definitive Edition. When I entered the game disk it installed and downloaded all the needed items. Worked great right after install, then later a few days after half the characters are grayed out and it
says I have to buy them or purchase a version of the game that includes them. Going the Microsoft store on live shows all Items are installed but owned. I have since uninstalled and reinstalled the game several times. It always works the first time, then
has the same issue over and over later. This will be my 5th reinstalling the game, I can not play or either enjoy the game that I have purchased and it is very unfortunate as this was one of the biggest reasons for me upgrading to the Xbox One X. Please
fix this issue, as I have seen many videos and complaints on the web of the exact same issue.

Since you have available in your account all the add-ons from the Definitive Edition, everything is normal, you have the complete version of the game.

"The Killer Instinct Anniversary Edition will replace all paid versions of Killer Instinct, such as the Definitive Edition… and the good news is that anyone who has bought Premium content for the previous versions of Killer Instinct (Editions, Fighters, etc.) will get upgraded to the Anniversary Edition for free!"

Nothing changed after doing the troubleshooter and updating the apps I have in the windows store. =\ Is there anything else I can try?

I also have the same problem purchased game last saturday didnt recieve my content afterward tried to uninstall and reinstall game twice had someone even sync my account on an xboxone and nothing works called microsoft with problem and they told me to post
my issue on the forums. If you find anything out let me know.

Yes. I only have one account, as I am the only user of my Xbox.

MS pretty much robbed us all. The store says I own this, but for whatever reason it doesnt work on windows 10. It is very clearly advertised as a windows 10 game..... FIX IT!
