KILLER INSTINCT Definitive Edition - Does not recognize buttons

Good night guys.

Recently I bought my Xbox One S and had the opportunity to finally be able to play
Killer Instict.

I played the free version with the random character that is released to play.I was amazed by the game,

and I could barely expect a good promotion to buy the Definitive Edition.

I got my digital copy and to my surprise she presents a bug that bothers me a lot, and I do not know how to solve it.

ALL "kick" buttons do not work during game play. All buttons work during the "Menus" and even in "set up" of the game.

But at the initial match with any character, "RT", "A" and "B" do not work.

I have already set them in place of other buttons and also do not work.

I already did the process of uninstalling the Game, fearing that it could be an error during the installation,

but the problem persisted.

I wonder if there is any way to solve this problem.

Bugger, thats sucks mate. Sorry my tip didn't pan our for you, but yeah, i think as XBF Crystal P just said, it may be a case of reaching out to the developer themselves and see how you go. Good luck mate

Happy or unfortunately, my control is up to date. It still does not work. It is worth mentioning that in other fighting games or not, all the buttons work.

Did you try to update the controller? Did you try with a different controller?

Thanks for keeping us updated with the issue not recognizing buttons. If you already reinstalled the game, changed game settings and issue persists. To help clarify, is this the only game with this issue?

Unfortunately, I did everything I could with the tips they gave me here.

I've played the game a few times, changed settings on the Xbox and in the game itself.

To answer your question, I have tested the control in other games, and even in Killer Instinct Menus, the buttons work perfectly. They just do not work even during any Killer Instinct fighting mode.

Hey Jedi,

Have you gone into the button/controller configuration to see if maybe your right analogue stick is enabled to use commands? I think in this game, the right analogue stick can also be used to trigger commands, so maybe go in and disable right analogue stick
in the button configuration. Hope you get it sorted mate.
