Killer Instinct: Cinder gameplay reveal tonight!

Tonight at 7 p.m. eastern, Iron Galaxy will be starting up a live stream of actual Cinder gameplay from Killer Instinct on Twitch! Simply search for "Iron Galaxy" on Twitch and you should find it just fine! Feel free to discuss what you liked and didn't
like here during and after the stream. Once it becomes available, I'll link to the stream's archived video on YouTube later.

The streams did hint at Cinder, Riptor, Combo, Tusk.

Little disappointed with the F2P model with Kill Instinct. But knowing what it is I'd probably buy Fulgore and maybe Cinder.

 

For those of you who missed it, . Cinder is awesome! They also cover changes to both TJ Combo and Spinal. What do you guys think?

 

Yep, all I've been hearing for months is that Cinder was the most hyped character in Killer Instinct, and yet, when the time comes to finally show him, the stream got less views than any other character reveal (less than 5,000 in fact). Naturally, this is
due to the obvious popularity of a certain other way-more violent fighting game that's floating about that I won't get into right now, but it's still disappointing that NOBODY seems to care as a result of that fact. If anyone did, I obviously wouldn't be sitting
here basically talking to myself...

Prove me wrong. Please.

 

To be honest not enjoyed season 2 none of the charcters have gripped me as for cinder he looks great but never a fan of him still play it but always use jago and spinal

Of course no one cares about Killer Instinct. (I have always found it funny it's called a free game personally but that's just me) Mortal Kombat X rules.

Cheesy, I'm surprised to hear that. Except for TJ, who is finally fixed as of this update that will come with Cinder, I have loved the S2 cast.

You can play the whole game without buying Killer Instinct - you're just limited to who you can choose to play as from week to week (the characters rotate). In a way, it forces you to learn each character rather than just committing to one from the get-go,
which is something a lot of players seem to do, AND it's a good way to figure out whether you should pick up the full-version (combo edition) which gives you access to all of the characters, or the premium edition (combo edition + Classic Killer Instinct 1
or 2, depending on which season is purchased of the two, and alternate character outfits and accessories), or only a character or few that you actually enjoy.

As far as Cinder goes, he looks and appears to play awesome! He might seem broken, but we won't know for sure until he releases. He's got great air control and traps, and can be very aggressive in the right hands. He'll heat things up for sure!

 

He looks like a re-skinned Omen.....sort of. I like season 1, but lost interest after that. Not sure why. I loved KI in the old days, but this one just didn't grab me like the first 2 games.

 

I won't play any other fighting game than Killer Instinct....Even after 2 seasons,it's less expensive than any others fighting games ,out here...

And found funny,to say "Mortal Combat X rules",when 2 months ago,a "new"Dead or alive was praised by the same people...In a few months,be ready,for "Tekken 7 the king".Ect,ect.............

I'm completly addicted to Neverwinter but still looking to fight with new characters,welcome (back) to Cinder and nice to see Iron Galaxy still supporting Killer Instinct with updates....Good job.

 

"Dead Or Alive" is an awesome game but like "Killer Instinct" they shot themselves in the foot by releasing the game in small packets.

To this day I wonder what is actually on my DOA5:LR disc because the moment you stuff it in the ONE it simply downloads all the pieces from the Marketplace. Maybe they simply shipped a load of empty blank discs with a line of code to unlock the characters.

They've spent a lot of time and effort on "Mortal Kombat X" and because you can buy it like a game instead of through the money grabbing models of "Killer Instinct" and "Dead Or Alive" it will end up towering over both of them.

Like you say, you don't have to spend a penny on "Killer Instinct" because it's technically a free game but there's a reason why nobody plays it apart from a handful of die-hard fans.

 

Yeah, I thought this game was pretty bad. I'm more into MK and SF. I'm gonna wait for MK and SF will eventually come to Xbox when they come out with Super Mega Ultimate Street Fighter 5 Ultra Arcade Edition.

 

I'm just not much of a fighting gamer, I do like Tekken and MK, though I haven't played a fighting game since Tekken 6 and Street Fighter IV. This may have changed with KI2, but I didn't like the delivery method of the content.

I'm actually surprised they can still get 5,000 viewers on a steam, haha.
