Killer instinct character licensing.

Hello! i download killer instinct and purchased a character, and to no avail the character would not show up.

i was refunded the money and a day later tried to repurchase her again, but still would not show up. in game it said that i had the character, and could install the character. But it would not allow me to, it would only say trying to process premium purchase,
and would go back to the character purchase screen with her still unavailable but "able to install".

i contacted microsoft support and tried to figure it out for 2 days but only could figure out that it was a problem with the licensing? the characters licence and my xbox profile was not matching up or was not accepting each other.

i tried on two different accounts, the first, was an account i had when i owned an xbox one previously, and had bout season one bundle, shadow jago and riptor. And the season one cast, and shadow jago would appear usable, but riptor was not,
and was a character i had owned. and again in game said i owned her and could install, but this time it took me to the purchase menue anways, even though it said i already owned riptor, and when i had purchased it again just to see, it still didnt work. i
was refunded on buying the character i already owned, but i would like to use them lol. Please help.

Xbox One Live 12 Months ??

Yeh the free Killer Instinct comes with Jago character, 12 month sub includes additionl shadow jago aswell

Do you also have an XB1?

For the PC, reboot your PC, sign out of the store (In store go to ACCOUNT > My ACOOUNT > and log out) , sign back into the store then try to play the game.

How long has this been happening?

 

I did but I sold it to build a pc lol.

Been wishing I had a friend with one cause I hear that makes it easier or at least would be an option I would like to try. Cause I sold the xbox before the windows update so it couldn't sync.

And I've tried re syncing the account a few times it doesn't work.

And already erased my previous data from before, to have the windows 10 K.I account.

Lol I lve had a post on the k.I bug forum for about as long as the problem and not one person has replied or tried to help me. Your the only one who's given me suggestions besides customer service that said the only thing wrong is the licencing wont show
up. Cause it says I own the character. In game and out in my Microsoft purchases. Says I can install cause I OWN it. But no licence so I can't USE it.
