    My kids were suspended for Communication. Can I have a trancript emailed to me so that I can discuss with them the reason for the suspension and decide if additional consequences are necessary?

    Terms of service. Some players are not getting punished for being racist.

    You be suspended for calling adults kids. M rated games has no place for kids bothering adults.

    i have being suspended by Xbox for no reason these immature kids reporting my account and getting me suspended please sort this out Thank you

    No as it wiuld.be a violation of privacy

    You can.log into your parental account to see what type of suspension it's is and then talk to them

    If communications suspension they must be rated e for everyone and it doesn't matter who starts the fight they must follow the rules

    I have asked and gone in to look at the conversation and don't see anything suspicious. Do you suggest I just ignore the suspension?

    Communications covers messaging,in game chat,party chat,profile pics etc.

    Messages only stay on a users profile for 30 days before being automatically deleted.

    Any report filed needs to be investigated which takes time so your kids would of been suspended for something they did weeks ago or longer.

    You will not be told any more than what was in the email that was sent or on the enforcement site

    Might be a good idea to sit down with them & go through the code of conduct so they know what they can't do on xbox live.

    Hello. I was suspended for a day last Friday and my suspension ended Sunday. Now today is Tuesday and I haven't played one game today and I got 4 notifications from xbox saying I was suspended again. There a little kid who blocked and reported to xbox
    and I also think he is spamming the report button to get suspended again and which he did. Kids his age shouldn't use a console.
