Kids reset Xbox and now lost Minecraft

Discus and support Kids reset Xbox and now lost Minecraft in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; My son reset the Xbox One S, Minecraft edition, and now they tell me that we’ve lost Minecraft.     My son reset the Xbox One S, Minecraft edition, and now they tell me that we’ve lost Minecraft. Anyone know how i can get it back?? Thanks in advance!

    The game would be tied to the account that purchased the game or redeemed a code for the game. So you would just sign in with that account and it would be listed as ready to install in the games and apps.

    The game would be tied to the account that purchased the game or redeemed a code for the game. So you would just sign in with that account and it would be listed as ready to install in the games and apps.

    just spent 1 hour on live chat with microsoft and still would not work....soo have had to restore to factory settings for xbox one then just reset it up and re download Minecraft...all created and working fine now so this is a definite fix.....happy kids

    I now see both of my kids accounts. However, my daughter has a net new gamerID auto generated and attached to her email. My email is still associated with her gamerID....

    I would like to assign her gamerID to her email address... Is this possible?

    Also, will this retain her Minecraft creations? or will she lose everything?

    Also, no Xbox... Just Android tablets running Minecraft and a Windows PC to do this on...
