Kid To Adult

when I was younger I got a 360 and made a kid account from the start. Later on it was changed to a adult and still is to this day on 360. Time passed and the xbox 1 s came out and decided to get it after getting it I transferred my
account over from 360 to 1. When this happened my account became a kid account AGAIN so now I need to get my adult account on the 1 also. See there one problem I can't use a email that has been deleted so I'm kinda stuck as a kid so I hope xbox will fix this
or fix my account back to a adult. Cuz it's very annoying to go on to another account and half to buy everything on it and I can't even buy things in game. If you can plz change it back to a adult it would be greatly appreciated.

Terms of service. Some players are not getting punished for being racist.

You be suspended for calling adults kids. M rated games has no place for kids bothering adults.

 

Hey CardiacFlunky08! Child accounts can not be promoted to adult until the date of birth on the account reaches the age of maturity for your region (usually 18). Thanks!
