Kid account and unable to buy any game!

Folks from Xbox and Microsoft.

Your services are [Mod Removed] unbilivable. Really. My country is Israel, my setting is Israel. Why for god sake my language in your web xboxlive version is russian?

Why i can't change it?

Now the problem.

I created an account for kid and connected to mine. So i am parent and he is a kid.

I wen't to family /security settings, and allowed for his account to buy games.

I also bought for him Live Gold for a year. Now i try to do simple thing, to buy Rayman legend for the kid.

The payment is working (you charged me for Xbox Gold) but for 2 days i can't buy Rayman Legend.

Why? Because this content not for teen/kid account? Really? Rayman?

I want my money back for Xbox Live. (the account you need to remove it from is
[Mod Removed - Please don't post personal information on the public forums]) and refund me.

What i gonna do? I will create a fake regular account, i will buy a Gold there, and i will give it to my kid. You know why? Because you don't know to build a good service for people who ready to pay. Take example from Apple and Family Sharing. So simple so
elegant. 2 clicks and you are done.

I am a developer for 15 years, it taking me hours to find how to do things on your xbox live website. It's so bad, that i even don't have a words to describe it.

So again, i want back money for kid Gold account ([Mod Removed]). You can see that it's the same credit card as my account ([Mod Removed]). Or i want an ability to buy a games for kid account. And i want it today, because
even the kid can't get what the problem is.

Friends on family accounts

I have two kids with a family account each oene. I'm unable to add them as friends and they can't play online to minecraft. Any solution?

Unable to buy Games in India

Hi,

Currently my Xbox is linked to US live account and i live in india. I am unable to add any credit cards to my account as the country is set to US. Also i am unable to buy COD games online, its some 1900 MS points but when ever i try to buy it, i get an error
msg. Is there any way for me too change the location to India?

Someone please help me.

I suggest you look down to the left and look at the region

When i goto the isreal marketplace it is in english

The web marketplace is directly affected by the local

So you may wanna check your web settinga

2Nd all refund questions has tp be directed to your phone support

3Rd if you cant make paid purchases you need to adjust your family settings since you are using. Child account

I'd assume you have set your son's console as your account's Home Console. Games you purchase are automatically downloaded on the Home Console of your account.

On the store page of a game, you can also click a menu button (with three dots), and choose to install it on your (other) devices.

For that to work, you will have to signed in on that console with your account.

If you did, you can also choose other consoles to install to.

But you need to know this:

Games you buy can only be unlocked by your own account, or the console that you set as your Home Console.

So if your son's console is set as your Home Console, only your account can play the Sims game on any other console!

Which means: If you bought a game on your account that is intended for your daughter, you need to change your Home Console to her console. But that also means that your son is now unable to play your games on his console, as it's not your Home Console anymore.

If you wanted a specific kid to play a game you want to pay for, I suggest to use the gifting function to buy a game for a kid. That way the kid "owns" the game on their account, and they can play it anywhere on any console.

If you buy it on your own account, the kid can only play it on that one console that you designated to be your account's Home Console.
