kicks me out

I've tried all that but it still ddnt work I tried that first whenever yall said go offline in only have my acount on it so it should be the acount that owns it

In order to play your digitally owned games offline 3 things need to be true.

1. The console needs to be your home console.

2. While online you need to go into settings under network settings and set your console to offline mode.

3. You need to be signed in with the account that purchased the games while offline. It will still allow you to sign into your accounts while offline.

So lets test this out the next time it is showing your console online go into settings and go into offline mode while your still connected to the internet and then see if it will allow you to play your games.

Heard of this problem before removing and re-adding normal helps with it but as someone else mentioned incase your account is compromised, I would suggest changing your email address password to make sure your account is secure after redownloading the
gamer tag.

maybe someone use your account on other xbox?
