    I also have a similar problem with Xbox console companion app, both kick me out of the party. but with the console app i can hear my friends for like 2 seconds then i hear nothing then i get kicked with the message 'We
    are unable to connect to Xbox Live at the moment - the service may be down.' but in the settings it says its up and running. with the Xbox Beta app i cant hear anything at all but i still get kicked. This has been happening for 2 months and i haven't socialised
    with anyone in ages other than my family .-.

    Check your connection, your Nat, you use the internet cable connected to the console?

    It appears when im in a party and then it kicks me out by itself, nobody else kicked me it just kicked me by itself. Also it only happens on my accout. I tried on other accounts and it doesnt happen. I try to be in a party and it happens after 30 seconds
    of being in the party.

    Hi i don't know if this will help or not but check the status of your Nat, if it is moderate or strict you will have problems connecting to parties and staying connected to them, I have come accross this myself in the past it can be frustrating.

    Hopefuly this is the cause so you can get it sorted
