Kicked to home screen while playing a game

Just got a xbox one with the new tomb raiders game. Got about 27% into game and during a loading screen if froze then crash to home screen. Done all of the trouble shooting that was posted even reset to factory do not have another game on disk to see if
it does the same thin all Luther games are flex and seem to work fine. Could the disk be bad???

Xbox One turning on by itself all the time

The Xbox One with the Kinect is plugged straight into the wall and today it was kicking my husband back to the home screen while he was playing two separate games. The Xbox in my bedroom does not have a Kinect and my daughter was watching a movie and it
kicked her back to the home screen also. But prior to doing so it made the beeping sound like 5 times.

Battlefield 4 disconnect, Hard drive saves

I have the same problem with battlefield I will be playing a game and mid game I will get disconnected and kicked to the home screen I don't know why

i'm having the problem of as the game is loading like its going to play it kicks me back to the home screen.

Same problem I click play Cod Ghosts and it loads then brings me to home screen it doesn't give me the error message every time only some times. but it keeps kicking me home can't play it at all this post was a while ago how is this still an issue BS
