Kicked out while loading

Hello,

I have had an issue with my Xbox One kicking me out of a game for about 1.5-2 months now. The specific game is Fortnite. I am able to load into the game, talk with my friends, etc. There is a stable internet connection. However, when loading into an actual
match, it loads about 3/4ths of the way, then kicks me out of the Fortnite app and back to the Xbox Home Screen, causing me to load the entire game again.

Maybe the most upsetting is all of the ways I have tried to resolve this issue including:

-Two factory resets of the Xbox

-Reinstalling the game 3 times

-Creating a new Xbox profile

-Clearing the cache

-Unplugging the Internet cable

-Trying this all on a wired and wireless connection

-Changing the MAC address

-NAT type is “Open”

-Adjusted video/graphic settings

The problem simply continues to happen. Now, another odd thing is that after a while (5-15 times of being kicked and reloading the Fortnite app), once I finally do get into a game, this loading issue does not occur until the next time I turn my Xbox on.
But, as you can imagine, that sometimes doesn’t happen until 45 minutes after I originally got on to the Xbox.

Fortnite is literally the only game I have on my Xbox, so there is no chance it is a storage issue. I did download Modern Warfare a few weeks ago, and this same loading issue into a match happened with that game, causing me to believe that it is not just
a Fortnite issue.

Any ideas on a solution for this?

I guess that some games dont load quick and then it kicks you out its not very often but I seen that before

The best way would be plug ethernet cord from cable modem directly to the Xbox. Maybe your router upload speed isn't that great.

Ted to clarify do this:

With the console on, press and hold the power button on the console for 5-8 seconds until it shuts off. Unplug the power supply, wait about 30 seconds and then plug it in and reboot. You should see the green splash screen upon reboot. It may take a minute
to boot all the way to the home screen. If you did not see the green Xbox splash screen, please redo it.

Happens every once in a while. Resetting usually does the trick.

Ted- we don't disagree with your answer, however at this time, this is the only workaround until a patch comes in. It is a known issue.
