Kicked out of xbox 360

Hi my son got a message saying that he was suspended from xbox 360 indefenatly. He does not know what he has done so I wanted to see if there is a way to find out exactly what has happened. Also his account was hacked into recently and im wondering if this
activty was due to the hacker.

can you check if there are incomplete or corrupt files in the games storage section. Go to settings - system - storage - games ....

If there are any please delete them.

And you have tried to delete your profile and redownload it. Correct?

To find out why the account was suspended, you would need to post here (and include his gamertag) -

forums.xbox.com/.../41.aspx

If you believe his account was compromised, you would need to contact support and have them start an unauthorized access investigation. In some cases, if the violation was found to be done while the account was out of your son's control, the ban may be lifted,
but there is no guarantee.

Also, you should not post your email on a public forum.

I believe you can also sign into
http://enforcement.xbox.com with his gamertag too, and I think it'll tell you what terms of use were violated.

I think the lifespan of the xbox will be pretty long. If the 360 came out in 2006, i think, and its still kicking? Yeahhhh....xbox one will be around for a loooong time.

Yes but you NEED to be able to KICK others out from the Party. Microsoft ruled the competition in terms of Party chat last gen through Xbox Live Party on Xbox 360. It's not just adults who play on Xbox 1 but also kids as well. Sure Invite Only is a good
idea but the host should be able to Kick someone when someone is not wanted instead of muting or starting another party. I'm regularly in a Party on 360 with friends and randoms and sometimes there IS the need to KICK someone from the Party.

I have had the same problem the last week and still have. I have two xbox 360 at home and both randomly getting kicked out of Xbox live. i can be at the dashboard and still getting kicked out. Barly have the time to play one match on CoD MW3 or any other
game for that matter. I have aswell done everything as Acydkysst done. Not using Wi-Fi. and everything is working at home on all devices and on the xbox while i´m on live exept getting kicked out on both Xbox 360. Havent had any problems with the connection
befor at all, so where do those disconnections come from?
