    Getting kicked offline while playing COD

    I have an Xbox 360 R2-D2 version and I keep getting kicked off randomly while playing online matches or even sometimes while picking and changing classes in BO2 and also recently while playing Ghosts. I then decided to switch Xbox's with a Halo 4 edition
    Xbox 360 and I have yet to get kicked off.

    My question is: Is it possible my R2-D2 xbox has an issue or is it my internet or something else? Any direction or help would be awesome!

    Hey there Kaito Daemon!

    Sorry to hear about the issue! Do you have the digital or physical copy of Sunset Overdrive?

    I would start by clearing persistent storage and doing a full power cycle. Follow the steps below to do those!

    To clear persistent storage, follow these steps:

    • Press the menu button on your Xbox One controller and select 'Settings'.
    • In the Settings menu, select Disc & Blu-ray settings.
    • From here, select Persistent storage and clear it.
    To do a full power cycle:

    • Press and hold the power button on the Xbox One console for 10 seconds.
    • Once the unit is powered off, unplug the power cable from the Xbox One and let it sit for 5 minutes.
    • Plug the power back into the unit and power the console on.
    If the game still crashes after trying the suggested steps, I would try Uninstalling and Reinstalling the game.

    Try power cycling the console by holding the power button on it for 10 seconds until it shuts down to see if that helps.

    Destiny 2 on Xbox series x crashing/freezing

    Similar issue. Only d2. Causes Xbox One to crash.

    Cleared all Forsaken add ons. Cleared cache. Cleared profile. Reinstalled d2.

    Still randomly crashes.

    If you have preordered the game, you should be able to play it now.

    If you're unable to play still, restart your console pressing the xbox button, press settings, press restart.
