Kicked off Xbox Live

Kicked off Xbox, I keep getting kicked off Xbox Live, I keep getting placed on probation. I will be playing a game and I get kicked everytime. The notice is anywhere from sign on status has changed to the server is unavailable. I immediately check the status
of my internet connection and it is always good. I have changed passwords, cleared my cache a million times, deleted my profile and uploaded again and again, unplugged all the connections for 2 minutes, have asked for help from Microsoft and the manufacturer
of Black OPs II and Ghost, because it happens on ghosts also and they are as puzzled as me. I am at the point of throwing my xbox in the garbage. Any one have suggestion I have not already mentioned?

Id say its more of a connection problem more than a disc problem.

I'm having the same problem. Would love some help. I've turned off everything. Unplugged. Reset. All that business. I'm on xbox live for I while. I get kicked off. Last night, I could play an hour or so. Today, I've been getting kicked off every
three minutes. My PS is on the same network. No problems there.

When ever I'm on xbox live why does it kick Me off of xbox live I can be on xbox live for like 20mins and suddenly I get kicked off and have to sign in all again help please.

One thing that can cause such behaviour is your router/modem.

Head over to your router manufacturers website and see if there is a new firmware version for your router. Some routers like Netgear also have the ability to check for firmware through the routers admin page.

Once you have done this, try the same for your modem if it is a separate device.

If you are fully up to date, go into your router admin page from a connected PC.

Look for the option uPnP and if it is enabled, disable it and try your Xbox again. This setting can cause some connectivity issues for games like Battlefield.
