    Kicked off my profile, then It said "Bye (User) use a different controller to Connect"


    I was a bit suspicious so I used my older Xbox one I do not use any longer, and It also happened on that one. I used 2 different controllers, and 2 different consoles. This happened last night. So I would be grateful If I knew what was happening. (Same profile on both Consoles)

    This is quite a strange scenario but it could be because the account is logged into a different console. To eliminate the option of having your account signed into another suspicious console, I would highly advise you to access Microsoft account | Devices and remove any other console except the one or the ones you are using personally.
