Kicked from party

Have a friend and we've been trying to play multiplayer. Few problems, sometimes on one of us can hear the other, but if we start a party outside of the game it will work between us but then no one in the game. Also having a major issue where one of us gets
kicked as soon as we try to join a lobby. We'll get 2-3 matches in just fine and then one of us gets kicked from the game. We can join in the main menu lobby but as soon as we go to find a match the one not leading the lobby gets kicked. Any fix for this?

could you check if the nat ports are open for xbox

If the problem persists, I suggest to
create a static
IP for the console and
port forwarding on the network
configuration settings for a better connection.

First things first, does this issue only happen with one friend? Who is hosting the party? What does the NAT type look like on both consoles? Let us know so we can better assist with the issue at hand!!

Activision Support for more assistance.

Ports Used for Call of Duty Games. This definitely may help align the platform and the game servers for both of you.
