    ok so im trying to play atomic heart on my computer with cloud play and my little brother is playing call of duty on the Xbox my account is hooked up to but he's on his account but he keeps kicking me from playing atomic heart and when i reload the game it kicks him even though call of duty is being played on his account i think it is because call of duty was bought on my account on the Xbox but if it isn't pls help and i wont let he upload a screen shot so i just say exactly what it says

    "failed to start cloud gaming session

    you are signed in on multiple devices; sign back in to continue playing.

    Does anyone know if starting a cloud gaming session on a mobile device ends a session on the console. For example if I boot up a cloud game will it kick off whoever is on my console?

    If someone is playing on a console with your account (either with a downloaded game or from Xbox Cloud Gaming), and you start a game from Xbox Cloud Gaming on a mobile phone, it will notify whoever is on the console that he is playing in another location and that he is only allowed to play one game at a time, which will force him to exit the game. This happens because the version of the game running from Xbox Cloud Gaming is the Xbox console game version (even if you are playing from a mobile device), and it is not possible to play two console games simultaneously with the same account.

    Hello, WebbierNote8! If Its only the COD Games that are kicking you off. It may be that you have been Banned from the COD Network maybe? Have you tried to play the COD Games on another Profile? or on another Device? I Hope This helps a little.
