Kicked back to home screen when load the game, “I am the Hero.”

Hello All,

All my other games work just fine.

When I load my “new” game (I Am the Hero) i get thrown back to the xbox home screen? This is the only game that this happens.

i tried to do the following:

-uninstall/reinstall

suggestions?

I am having issues with this game though. Every time it loads a different map it kicks me to the home screen. It also does this sometimes when loading the first map that I'm connecting to.

 

I purchased a game and after I downloaded it I loaded it up and it kicked me off so now I can’t play

I purchased dead by daylight, I downloaded the game and when I tried to load it up to start playing it would kick me back to my home screen

Thanks for reaching out to us with this issue! Since your other games are working fine and its just "I am the Hero" that seems to giving you some trouble, I'd recommend trying out our

Game Freeze Solution. Its wizard has some great troubleshooting steps that should get you right back into the game.

Thanks! I actually solved the problem right after i sent this message.

this is what i did:

-uninstalled the game

-Held the power button down until system shut off

-unplugged both cords from xbox

-counted to ten (plugged cords back in)

-turned on xbox (installed game)

whammo! Game now works! LOL, P.O.S. Technology, should of listen to the grandparent, take a hammer and whack the box robot a couple of times.

We recommend a reset of the console since
the problem might be on the actual OS of the console so we would suggest a
Soft Factory Reset(while keeping games and apps)
Before resetting your console make sure of the following:

• There is a stable network connection.
  
• The information for all profiles is known (email and passwords)
  
  
  

Once the setup is complete it will ask if we want to keep settings or manual setup let's do
manual setup.

What you did to fix the issue is what is what we call a hard reset/power cycle.

Usually when installing a new game to your console its best to do a power cycle 1st to see if it fixes the issue.
