Kicked back to home screen and no sound. Plse help.

So yesterday I go on my xbone and i open up my settings to look at something, and when i try to move the cursor it kicks me back out to the home screen. i tried other apps and it does the same thing. I have no sound in any apps or games. I checked to make
sure the sound bar was working and everything was fine. Is this because of the April 15 update? Is anyone else having this problem? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

hi people..

I am expericing a problem that is every game I play ( battlefield 4, dead rising 3, Forza 5 and killer instinct) I am in the middille of a game or on the menus and I get kicked back to the home screen with no warning.

I am hoping its not a hardware/software problem.

please answer.

I think it might be an odd bug. As mine has done this a few times also. Even when launching a game it did it once. As long as its not happening every five minutes and is just once in a while its not two bad. Keep an eye on it and if it is doing it all the
time, then maybe think about calling support.
