KI Pin Ultimate Edition discussion and support thread

So I never saw a challange for april or one for may yet any one know why or whats haloing??

 

Yes, very disappointed with the lack of communication. It is now May and we only JUST got to purchase our March pins, with no idea on when Aprils pins will show up. I realise there would be some delay due to the change in management, but someone should at
least have kept in touch with the community to let us all know the wheels are still moving.

 

Why is it so f'ing hard to get an answer about these pins? I asked Mike Robbles and Rukizzel and you never get an answer. They won't tell you why we are a month behind, why there is no new challenges, or information about pins. They are purposefully ignoring
questions about this and it's rude and inconsiderate. I spent money on this so I can get pins every month. Money that I'm giving you. The least you could do is answer some questions and not ignore your customer base. I wish there was someone to complain to
about this but that'd probably just get ignored as well.

 

They have our money. That is all they care about. It wouldn't surprise me if they abandon the remainder of the pin edition.

 

I like how they start up the challenges again after skipping a month then act like nothing happened or they did anything wrong.

Idk, I asked when Sadira will be available and the pinny arcade dude said in a week or two. Since we never saw a teaser there has to be something up with the artistic side of things. Bad design or they lost the designer.

 

I'm hoping I can get some help here... I purchased the KI Pin Ultimate Edition at the end of March, and promptly downloaded the game (and add-on) to my system and did the online registration linked on the FAQs at LaunchWorks.net. It's been almost four months
since then and I have no confirmation that my registration was received/successful.

Is there someone who can help me with this and confirm if everything's a-ok? I completed the challenge for beating Eyedol w/ two characters prior to the June 16th deadline and would love to get a pin promo code when they are sent out.

And moreover, is there a way I can have the email address associated with my registration updated? I've changed addresses -- though I do still have access to the old one -- and would like to be sure it is current/up-to-date.

 

Jeez I wish they'd put @TheHonestHippo in charge of the pins again. There were some problems, but he ALWAYS communicated with us and gave us answers.

Has anyone gotten a code for the Fire Cat pin yet? Any mention of the next challenge that should have started weeks ago?

I was happy to see new challenges show up for this game because I thought that meant they were getting the pin challenges back on track... I guess not.

 

Just for the record the 'week or two' that the guy said would take for Sadira turned into like 6 weeks. Idk what happened over at MS/PA but someone(s) have dropped the ball on keeping things going smoothly.

 

I just received an email with the code for the Firecat pin (May's challenge). The email also states June's challenge was the "COME AT ME" challenge which if you completed you will receive Spinal's shield pin. I feel cheated because I was not able to complete
last month's challenge and since they didn't announced that specific challenge was for the Ultimate Pin Edition I did not bother to complete it. They should really communicate more with the people who bought this edition. The last thing announced on the email
is the current challenge which is "WORLD TOUR PART 3," you get the Shadow Jago pin for completing that one.
