KI Gold problem

• Are you getting any error messages?
• Are you accessing Killer Instinct on a Windows 10 computer or an Xbox One console?
• Do you have the physical copy or the digital version of the game?
• Are you signed in with the Microsoft account that was used to purchase the in-game content?

KI is my favorite fighting game and I still have my N64 and KI Gold. I can't wait to play it again.

Under bundles in the ki store it clearly stats that you recieve characters vip double xp, retro costumes, accessories and 18000 KI Gold. There is NO mention of pre order bonus at all. So i would like the KI gold or my money refunded as i have not recieved
what i have clearly paid for. I also purchased the game the moment it released here in australia.

I forgot about Killer Instinct. Now it's really a toss up between FM5, Ryse and KI. If need be, I can always whip out the ol' 64 and play some KI Gold!

It's a sub card that includes Killer Instinct: Round One with an exclusive character. That's all it is. If you don't care about KI and Shadow Jago, don't buy it. Other than KI all it will do is extend your Gold subscription.
