KI gold disappeared????

I preordered season 3 and everything was there including the gold and now it says I have zero KI gold I haven't used any of it. I have tried reinstalling the game rebootijg the system etc it's gone!!!! I WANT AN ANSWER IMMEDIATELY WHAT IS GOING ON???? WHERE
IS MY KI GOLD I HAD WITH MY PREORDER????? I CALLED MICROSOFT THEY WERE ZERO HELP!!!!!

KI is my favorite fighting game and I still have my N64 and KI Gold. I can't wait to play it again.

 

Killer Instinct Season 3 Ultimate Edition

Under bundles in the ki store it clearly stats that you recieve characters vip double xp, retro costumes, accessories and 18000 KI Gold. There is NO mention of pre order bonus at all. So i would like the KI gold or my money refunded as i have not recieved
what i have clearly paid for. I also purchased the game the moment it released here in australia.

 

Hello I need help please...now my friend logged in on his PC with my account and all the gold is showing there but not on my Xbox what is up????

Sorry to hear your KI Gold is missing on the Xbox One version. If the correct amount is showing while you're signed into the PC version, let's start by uninstalling and reinstalling Killer Instinct by following these specific steps.

• Uninstall Killer Instinct
  
• Power cycle your Xbox One console by holding the power button for 10 seconds, or until the console fully powers down.
  
• Power back on and install Killer Instinct.
