    I won a 100 keys and the community goal was reached but did not receive them. I also had on 1 powercard 15 keys and on another 5 keys and they all disappeared.

    How can I get these back

    Earned 40 & 100 keys and was not paid when community goal was reached.

    Playing Bingo and earned 40 keys on one power card and 100 keys on another power card. When the community goals were reached, Bingo did not pay the keys. I've been shorted 140 keys.

    Refuse to play Power Cards. Have played in the past and won 15 keys, 15 keys, 40 keys, 40 keys and 40 keys but have never received the reward as offered. During games, obtain bingos but not recorded. Game keeps dropping out.

    If the code is region locked then it can't be redeemed in your region and will need to be returned or exchanged for one that does. There is no way to get the date and time the code was activated unless you redeemed it yourself and can see it in your purchase
    history.

    There is no way to ind out when it was used. I dont even ghink that the page that track purchases goes back that far. And even if you find it wasnt used there is no way to redeem as the code would have expired

    If your talking about a code? You can do so by looking at your purchase history previously mention. If you don't see it there contact support with what the code is and see if they are able tlook for it on your account
