    Keys from suitcases not awarded


    Multiple times when opening "luggage" and keys are awarded, the count does not increase. For instance, if I have 97 keys, spend one to open a suitcase, and am awarded a key, the count should remain at 97: one deducted and then one awarded. Instead, it decreases
    to 96 as if the key wasn't awarded, and I spend the key with no reward. If I win keys during the game or purchase them, everything has been fine. Please don't suggest reinstalling; I don't want to lose all the accumulations I have.

    okIVE OPENED AT LEAST 10 SUITCASES AND NOTHING WHERES MY PRIZES??? when I level up now it gave me 15 keys and when I would open my suitcases NOTHING ,NOTHING ....BUT NOW IM DOWN TO 5 KEYS WHAT DO U PLAN ON DOING ABOUT THIS THANK YOU

    The key is in the X-13 ( where the Advanced Stealth Suit is located) building across the map. It's in a suitcase in the corner.

    I believe that the key is in the X-13 location, inside a room to the right of the entrance. If you highlight the proper quest there will be a marker on your map showing you the direct location. The key is in a suitcase to the right of the room, kind of behind
    a shelf, I think.

    They aren't automatically awarded to your key count. You have to go to the SOCIAL tab. Open that and click on awards.
