Keys from Power cards

Discus and support Keys from Power cards in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Hi. I'm new to Bingo and am not certain how I collect the keys (40 in this case) from the power card bingos once the community reaches its goal. Did...     Keys from Power cards


    Hi. I'm new to Bingo and am not certain how I collect the keys (40 in this case) from the power card bingos once the community reaches its goal. Did I need to be online when the community hit the goal? Or was it supposed to come automatically?

    still not recieving keys

    Hi, still not receiving keys from Bingo Power cards, first the USA card - had 100keys - community goal was reached and no keys. Then was the France Power Card - 40keys - community goal was reached and no keys.... Kind of annoying the crap out of me. Please
    fix or give a reason as to why this is happening....

    Earned 40 & 100 keys and was not paid when community goal was reached.

    Playing Bingo and earned 40 keys on one power card and 100 keys on another power card. When the community goals were reached, Bingo did not pay the keys. I've been shorted 140 keys.

    look in your social area when the goal is reached as you don't get them until the goal is reached

    I just read you have to go to the social tab and claim coins from there. I found a heap of previous ones there too.

    I have the exact same problem - the community goal has been reached, but I have not received the promised 100 keys. I have looked all over the xbox website and have found two ppl (including this thread) that have mentioned having the same problem, but I
    cannot find where either person got an answer or had it resolved. Where can I complain? How do I solve this? I spent money buying coins and used some of the those coin is for the power bingos, so this is really bugging me!

    Who can we contact besides making a post here? There's got to be someplace to report this to?? And I HAVE checked Social - many times - with no results, zip, nada. So what next??
