    Keys automatically move when I'm not commanding them


    When on any screen, the buttons will try to go up and right. This is on both remotes with fresh batteries. For example, I'm trying in a code and it won't let me move it/stay. Ill move it down and it will automatically move back to where it was. Or on the main screen if I drag it down, once I let go it will go back up. How do I get this to correct? I've restarted the controllers, the Xbox, unplugged the console...

    Let's manually reset the Windows Store. Here's how:

    1. Press the Windows + R keys to open the Run dialog box.

    2. Type WSReset.exe and click OK.

    3. The Store and a command prompt will now open with any message. The command prompt will automatically close after the Store's cache has been reset.
