    Keys and powerups


    Just got into the friend thing where you can send keys and powerups. For 2 wks now I have not been able to redeem my gifts nor send anything. When I try it shuts down. Fix this ASAP! Enjoy the game and want to continue playing. Not fair to my friends
    that I have been unable to send gifts. Thanks

    Power Ups

    Wondering why I never get Powerups when I dab the ones with the diamonds and circles? I'm on level 19 and I have never gotten any Powerups. I get keys and luggage when I dab the ones with the keys and luggage, but I never get Powerups ... ???

    i cant send gifts

    i cant sens keys or powerups to my friends !!! as anyone else have that same problem ???

    Bingo

    So here we go AGAIN. Yesterday I got my day 6 award of 15 keys. Today for Day 7, it highlights Day 1, as expected, but only gave 2 powerups. Not the 5 Bingo powerups. So it had been working as described in the thread above, and now it's back to not giving
    the Day 7 rewards.

    Tickets allow you to purchase bingo cards. You cannot use them to purchase Keys or Coins.

    Are you still experiencing this issue? Are you experiencing this issue with all Powerups? Please explain in detail what happens when you use Powerups.

    there is no update or trouble shooting with the server. I lost money, won items, didn't get bonus...

    I bought some coins to get keys and powerups. I used them and the server connection broke. the used Items were gone.

    It's also annoying when the connection comes back after one or two minutes and the game was still runnig in the background.

    You can not be fast enough to catch up the lost time....
