Keyboard stopped working with Xbox 1

My keyboard is completely unresponsive with my Xbox one, but is clearly still getting power since it's lighting up. I've tried hard resetting the xbox, the keyboard itself and nothing has changed. I've tried switching usb ports between the keyboard and the mouse to see if it was a plug issue but the mouse continued working, no change for the keyboard. The keyboard works with my PC so I truly don't understand what the issue is.

It isn't a chat pad, it's an actual razer keyboard.

It has worked perfectly fine for over a year, and the USB ports on the console aren't the problem since the mouse works in any of the ports. The keyboard itself shouldn't be the issue either since it works with both my PC and laptop. Nothing has changed other than it being unresponsive with only the xbox.

I understand. It could be something with the Xbox then since it works on other devices.

It may be some configuration of it, so it is not able to access or the USB port is damaged.
