Keyboard on Series X is completely broken.

Yes, I am aware of that keyboard. It should work with the Series X!

The keyboard itself plugs into my controller and the usb, I have plugged into the usb port on the front of my xbox series x. When using the keyboard, the keyboard works but the mic stops working.

It won't work, as the bluetooth dongle will not work on the Series X|S as the console does not support the bluetooth adapter. If you want to use a keyboard on the console, then you will need a wired keyboard or a wireless keyboard that is not bluetooth.

Good morning! As long as you are talking about the Series S or X, then according to sources yes, almost any Keyboard or Mouse will be suitable. Please see below:

Of course, that being said, devices made specifically for the system will have more finely tuned compatibility.

To be honest that was the answer I was afraid to get. Eventually I would’ve gotten a new console (series X/S) if this one had completely broken down or deemed “not fixable” anymore just to save a couple of bucks. But thank you for your reply
