keyboard issues with black ops 6?

i use a steel series keyboard and for some reason black ops 6 movement has been bugging out today it will sprint in random directions after a couple seconds of sprinting for some reason usually to the left, doesnt let me slide and just completely bugs out to where i have no control of my movement, ive tried ways to resolve it but i can tell you its not my keyboard because it works perfectly fine on other games and ive had no issues its just black ops 6 for some reason, maybe the game is bugged for m&k? i tried checking my drivers uninstalling and reinstalling checking my settings everything! please help

Thank you for the update. Are you playing on Xbox console or PC? If you're on PC, do you use Xbox App to launch the game? If not, please let me know.

If you're on PC Xbox App, have you tried verifying the integrity of the game? This is for us to eliminate any possible issues with a corrupted file.

To verify and repair game files on the Microsoft Xbox App for PC, follow the steps below:

Open the Microsoft Xbox App and highlight Black Ops 6.

Select the […] button next to the play button your game title and choose Manage.

Select Files, then select Verify and Repair.

You will then receive a pop-up warning you that you will not retain any mods or game saves that are not backed up.

Select Yes to continue, the application will then verify your games files. You can launch the game once completed.

If this does not fix your issue, we can then conclude that this is more of a game issue rather than a hardware or software since you are not experiencing any issues when playing other games. I would recommend that your submit a report or feedback to the proper channel which is the Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 Feedback and Bug Reporting page so that proper adjustments can be made in the upcoming patches as necessary.

hi thank you for the reply, unfortunately i do not own a controller as ive always played games on mouse and keyboard. i did try resetting my keyboard settings and unfortunately that also did not work and i experienced the same issue.

As part of our troubleshooting, can you please try to use a different input device such as controller? This is for us to isolate if you're experiencing the issue from your platform or from your input device.

In addition, please try to reset your keyboard settings from your Black Ops 6 settings to defaults to rule out any key binds misconfiguration.

1st time ever seeing this issue as of today for me. Updating COD Black Ops 6 - no surprise there.

Mad Cow Dizease

On paper it's a 9, but given the multiplayer has latency issues lingering from the first Black Ops, it feels like a 6.
