Keyboard has stopped working in all games

That’s strange, May I know if you have connected another accessories beside the keyboard and mouse?
If yes, please disconnect everything except the keyboard and mouse

If you don’t mind, can you try installing Windows 10 21H1 in your PC?
You can create the bootable drive using this ISO

Before that try this:
Open task manager > select the startup tab > disable all the programs listed there temporarily
Restart your pc and give it a new try

Do you have a laptop or a tower?

In any case, did you tried connecting a different keyboard to a USB port?

Is this happening only when you open games? Or if you try typing on Word, notepad, browser, etc the keyboard works?

What version of Windows 10 do you have installed right now?

And did you reinstalling the keyboard drivers from the manufacturer site, right?

In any case, did you tried connecting a different keyboard to a USB port? yes, tried another keyboard and tried both keyboards in different USB ports
Is this happening only when you open games? Or if you try typing on Word, notepad, browser, etc the keyboard works? if no games are running then the keyboard works fine. if i then load a game (let say roblox for this example) then the keyboard stops working. not just in the game but any other applications im running. Cannot even type into the search box on the taskbar. I used Roblox as an example becuase thats the only game that i can still control the cursor on the desktop to be able to open other things. fornight and mincraft seem to disable any control outside of the game.

And did you reinstalling the keyboard drivers from the manufacturer site, right? The website for my keyboard does not have drivers, its just a generic keyboard and its PnP with Windows OS Click Mechanical Feel Keyboard RGB - GameMax UK

It will work straight away for text input during messaging and the likes.

Every time the Xbox would show a virtual keyboard on the screen for text input, the keyboard will work.

As for games, the game has to be specifically made to support keyboards.

Not all games are able to use keyboards.

For example Fortnite and Minecraft are popular examples for games that work with an USB Keyboard and USB mouse.

My keyboard and mouse doesnt work at all on fortnite. It worked for about two weeks and then just stopped working. It worked fune in warframe tho.
