Keyboard has delay

When i use my pc my keybord often has delay. It has happend evry time i use my pc the last month. I am using a kepord to my laptop and i have the same problem on the built in keboard on the lap top. It is variated, sometimes it does not have any problems at all, but somtimes the delay is from 1-10 seconds. If i hold down a key for to seconds, the pc often act like im holding it down for some extra seconds.

I have tried several diffrient keboards, but it is still delay.

I have tried to change USB-port

I have tried to update the keboard driver

I tried to run a trubleshot trubleshot on the keboard, bot when i go to "trubleshotsettings" then "other trubleshooters", but i cant find any trubleshooter for my keyboard.
