    Keyboard Freeze issue when using CAPS


    Help!

    When I try to log into EA account in P vs Z, I cannot enter my password because when I select a capital letter, the keyboard no longer responds. Sticking to lower case letters avoids this issue...but EA requires a capital letter in your account password.

    This is on XBOX One. I've tried resetting controller and the XBOX several times...and that did not do the trick.

    Anyone else experience this issue?

    Can't log in to prime video, keyboard freezes

    after a system update I can no longer log into Amazon prime video. I can type lower case letters, but the keyboard freezes up as soon as i hit the caps key and doesn't recover. I can use the caps in edge without a problem.

    Prime Video app - preventing sign-in

    Hi,

    This is a weird one.

    The XBox One Prime Video asked me to sign-in (which in itself is a bit annoying since it should have kept my credentials). However, when I start typing username or password, the on-screen keyboard freezes when I select the 'caps on' option.

    I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling and doing a reset on the XBox but nothing appears to help.

    Has anyone else experienced this issue or know how to fix it?

    I understand.

    Does this issue started to happen as soon as you installed these games or you were able to play them just fine for a while then they started freezing when using your mouse and keyboard?

    Now with the Recent Update my Kinect affects the Keyboard freezing as well. I have this unfortunate hardware issue with my Kinect where it randomly turns off and On by itself. But after the August Update, when I use the Keyboard to type something and my
    Kinect turns off, the Keyboard freezes or lags, until the Kinect turns on again (Turns off and freezes the Keyboard for 2-4 seconds then turns on again)

    Example: Typing the word, "Warframe". I would start inputting the letters then when I get to the letter "m" it freezes and I noticed my Kinect just turned off and the Keyboard is stuck (or frozen) on "m" even though you can hear the keyboard noises while
    trying to move to the next letter. But this moment only lasts for 2-4 seconds but can still repeat, even on the same word or even the next letter.

    As a result I have unplugged by Kinect, which is my only main way of talking to others (Only when playing Solo which I do most of the time) as my Xbox Headset broke or died

    The past few days whenever I try to sign in with smart glass, the keyboard is stuck in all CAPS. So now it's not recognizing my password. Which is weird since it works just fine for texting or any other app that requires the use of the keyboard.
