Keyboard doesn't respond after few minutes

Hi,

Keyboard doesn't respond after few minutes of playing with any problems. I had this issue 4 times today... any key doesn't respond in game i used alt+tab and then i killed the process (game). While keyboard doesn't respond car is still going, ahead, turning
right and straight the same time.

I'm using Windows 10 Pro N

CPU: i-5 750

GPU: HD6950

RAM: 8GB

Xbox turns off while playing

My xbox turns off after a few minutes while playing a game. I can't turn on the xbox after that. It doesn't respond. Online if I remove the power from the adapter a moment, I cab restart the xbox. I did all the steps in xbox support, but this doesn't help

Xbox One Keyboard freezes

We first had this problem last year when the only game we owned was batman, we tried a new controller after a hard reset and it didn't help 'home screen button doesn't respond and virtual keyboard freeze, cant type cant return home'.

We eventually replaced the entire xb1 with a new 1tb version, all new from plug to tv! we STILL had the same problem on many games 'home screen button doesn't respond and virtual keyboard freeze, cant type cant return home'.

this is clearly a problem in the xb1 software effected by install problems. XB1 needs to take this seriously and fix it, we have to hard reset every few hours!

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this.

Hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console. Once it is back up and operational test
the results. Let us know.

Hey msha2gy! Are you getting any error codes when the keyboard cuts out? Do you by chance have a controller of some kind to try with it? Post back and let us know!
