    My steam key that i got is already in use. Has been for over a year. I've been trying between steam and microsoft to get help, being bounced between both. Only recently have i been told to get into contact with Lion Head Studios, who don't have any way to
    directly contact them for help. Is there any way I can get myself a PC key so I can play with my friends?

    I did download it from the account I registered it with. It's still not working and I have no idea why.

    Hello, for the last couple of hours I have been trying to play Arkham City but it claims that the key is already in use. It was gifted to me from my brother via Steam in December IIRC, and I have played it a lot. So when I had to wipe my computer I downloaded
    it off steam again and it asked me to register the product. So far so good so I signed in with the live thing and it spat out that the key was already in use. So either I have two Live profiles connected to my email sine my Arkham Asylum game doesn't show
    up either, so how am I going to get this working again?

    I've spent hours reading threads and articles that claim to be helpful with zero relevant information and since you (apparently) can't ask a question to support I'll post this here. And it's not a Steam issue. Steam works fine but it's the GFWL part that's
    messing with me.

    So to boil it down: IF I have two GFWL account on my email, how do I see the other account?

    Was it a used game perhaps? you didn't state that in your post. Any game that comes with a codecard/sheet from a used game retailer, you can assume the code has been already utilized and in most cases has.

    If you've installed the Games For Windows Client and tried redeeming the code that way, have you tried adding the dashes with the code?

    That could be the problem.

    But if not, as long as you have the original receipt and the UPC code is undamaged you should be able to send / email the company a copy of the purchase.

    Example : Clear photo of original receipt from the retailer and the game's code you're trying to activate.

    In some cases the company might require you to send them the original receipt.

    But for this, if the place you bought it from is good with their customers you should be able to return the game and get another copy with a working code...but some retailers may say that once you opened the game...it's yours to bother with.

    But, I hope that what I suggested will help you out.

    Hey, mangomatt75! I'm sorry to see the issue, however if your ISP gave you a code that was already redeemed, you need to work with them for a replacement. This thread is over 2 years old. If you need assistance with another support issue, please post up

    Dodo gave me a Active pin nunber for Xbox live Gold subscription claimed on 23/08/2015. This is the 1st time using the code given by dodo texted to my mobile & entered the active pin & states been activated before Xbox stated they are not responsable for
    the code i was given as it is part of a package deal with Dodo so Xbox stated that they have to give me a code that hasnt been used or activated before. The problem is dodo refuses to provide me with another code as they are stating that i activated the code
    & will expire out after 90 days & i will be given a new code then. Well i am not happy at all & friend advised me to call the iNSW onbudsman & make a formal complaint about the issue & the ISP dodo to see what can be done about & come to an agreement that
