    I tried to enter a code for the racer outfit and the key doesn't work i've tried on the website and on my 360 and it just gives me a "this code is invalid"

    Error activation key

    I bought the Xbox. EA Access:12 months, but when entering the activation key the message "activation key error" "unknown error". I checked the key using the account of my friend, the key works. I bought a new key but it is also not activated. Why can't I
    activate the key ?

    Tried to reinstall beta registration app - key no longer works

    All, I entered the key, followed instructions and got an error message trying to register. Figured deleting and reinstalling the registration app might solve the problem. It didn't. Now I get an error message that the key was already used. Can my key be
    reset? Thanks Glenn.

    Thank you for posting on Xbox Forums. In regards to the out of region code issue, as mentioned by the Ambassador's and as you've already done, you will need to contact the retailer from which you've purchased the code from. Once you've heard back from
    the third party retailer if you still need assistance with the code I would suggest that you
    Contact Xbox Support.

    You've bought a code for a different region by the looks of it. Purchases are usually region specific, so I'd speak to where.you purchased it.

    I have got an active GamePass subscription, that could be the issue. It is due to renew soon. I will attempt to redeem it again after the GamePass subscription has expired. Maybe its time to move to GamePass Ultimate, I cant see myself going without GamePass
    at any point in time.
