I bought a key code yesterday for fifa and it worked and I was playing for a good 3 hours, today I had been on red dead then thought Id go on fifa, but it didn't work saying I need to buy the game etc even though in the store it says I own it and also
I am on the ea license of owning the game as xbox staff have told me today, they are looking into it but was just seeing if anyone have had this problem before, I did have the free trial from EA access so not sure if I have to delete that just to play fifa
20, any help would be greatful but I have tried everything, like even removing my account, deleting the game and installing it again, just at the end of my tether and spending £50 on 3/4 hours of play is rediculous

If you've purchased FIFA 20 then it's not going to be the case you won't have it - there's no fear there! All I can ask is are you 100% sure you used the code on the correct account & are you 100% sure it was FIFA 20 as £50 seems awfully low, even with
the EA Access discount!

I'll wait on your team to get back to me as nothing I do is working, they did say it might be because of ea, but I've literally done everything from deleting, removing, reseting, recycling turn off everything nothing will work so I'll just wait and see what
they say tomorrow, as this has never happened to me before or anyone else I know I will let yous all know what it is, thanks for trying every one, hopefully get it sorted tomorrow

Try re-adding your profile as that synchronizes your account.

a reinstall might work aswell
