Key can't redeem

Does it tell you specifically what the error is when you put in the code other than it can't be redeemed? Do you have an Xbox One or an Xbox 360?

Usually I've seen issues arise buying codes from CDKeys for Xbox 360 games because of regional issues. The code may not have been bought in the region your Xbox is set to. This means that the seller either ma have sold you a code that does not match your
profile region, or your profile region is not correctly set to the region you asked to get the code from.

5. Select show contact options and go to step 4

I can't find gifting! How do I redeem a gift? I also have keys due me.

and also if is possible i need to know the key if already redeemed or not and the date of activation cuz i can't do anything ...

same! bought a copy of mortal kombat arcade kollection via a steam code and i can't redeem the cd key, the cd key was provided on the steam properties tab but it errors out every time

I redeemed the code probably within 15 minutes of when it was posted. I can't explain why your keys didn't show up if the message you are getting says that code has already been redeemed. Weird... Did you check to see if your key quantity went up?
