Kept getting bumped off live when started game up

Got bumped off live every time I tried to play destiny. I chatted with microsoft, the girl told me that some of my files were corrupted on my hard drive so I deleted those. She said the update can't happen because of the corrupted files so I did what she
told me to do, still didn't work so she told me to use a usb , remove the drive then plug in the usb. I did that and it blew my hard drive altogether. She never told me to shut it off, nothing. She said use the usb as the new hard drive essentially. Now they
say I have to pay to have it fixed but I am not. If someone told me to remove it without powering it off then it blew..why is it up to me to pay for it to be fixed? even another employee told me she *** it...I may have had an issue b4 but I still had to drive
being detected..now I have nothing and lost all of my save files. geesh..well no resolve here. They wont even supply me with another hard drive to fix what one of their employees did. they make billions but yet can't send me a drive that prob costs them 2
bucks to make.
